All users and their guests assume full responsibility for their own safety. There is no lifeguard or on-site supervision provided by the HOA. Never swim alone. Anyone under 16 must be accompanied by an adult (18+) at all times.

If the pool needs maintenance attention (e.g., water quality, equipment, cleanliness) or you witness a safety concern, please contact the board right away.

Large items (furniture, appliances) require scheduling a special pickup directly with the provider. Contact them at least 48 hours in advance. There is no additional charge for up to two bulk items per pickup under our contract.

The goal is to maintain the consistent appearance and property values that make Bridgefield a desirable place to live — not to create unnecessary barriers for homeowners.
